The Peruvian Book Chamber has announced that the Ricardo Palma Book Fair will resume on November 4 and will take place in Kennedy Park, personally. Events from 04 to 20 November and as part of the celebration 50th anniversary of cultural eventl, the fair will host over 200 events as a celebration since its first appearance on the Lima stage in 1972.
In this issue, readers will find more than 80 stands with editorial suggestions and novelties; In addition to a cultural program of about 200 activities designed for all types of audiences: adults, youth and children, who will be able to enjoy the program during the 17 days of the fair, which includes dialogue tables, storytelling, talks, conferences and presentations of classic books. Capacity control in auditoriums will be strict.

National and foreign guests
It is worth noting the presence of national and foreign writers who will take part in this literary event, among which National Literary Award Suzanne Noltenius, Richard Parra and Teresa Ruiz Rosas; the recent 2022 House of Literature Award by Jorge Eslav; from outside Peru, Casa de Las Américas 2022, Javier Nunez from Argentina, Chilean writer Roxana Miranda, Colombian writer Fredy Chikangana, poet from the Yanacona community of South East Cauca, who comes to Peru thanks to the efforts of the Colombian Embassy in our country; and the French academic Brigitte Krulik, a specialist in the work of Flora Tristan.
Tribute
This year’s tribute will be paid to Gloria Caceres, a Quechua-speaking writer who was recently made an honorary figure. Ministry of Culture. We will also pay tribute to the writer Roger Santivanez, who will publish his memoirs this year. Similarly, there will be a confession from Patricia del Valle, who recently passed away, and librarian Alfredo Mirez Ortiz, who also passed away on Sunday 16 October.
Musicals
The musical quota of the fair will be represented by various musical groups. There will be presentations by a jazz duo composed of Nicolás Gardel and Arthur Gaillard (France), Daniel Sacro (Argentina), the trio Los Morunos (from Yo Soy), Suite Palmera, La Patronal and La Perucha Sound who will perform shows free art for those who attends the fair.
