On Instagram, the actress humorously shared a series of sports exercises to remind how important sports are in maintaining mental health.
“Keep working out in mind,” encourages Goldie Hawn in her latest Instagram post, posted on Oct. 25. in a video shot in collaboration with MindUp: – The 76-year-old American actress encourages her more than 3.4 million subscribers to engage in regular exercise to heal the body and mind. All with exercises that are amazing to say the least.

Dumbbells have been replaced by wine bottles
Kate Hudson’s mom is full of excitement at first, jumping on her trampoline with her arms in the air. “If you don’t have a trampoline, you can jump without it,” he comments. In her post title, Goldie Hawn takes a more serious note of the benefits of physical activity on the body and mind. “People who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional well-being,” she writes.
