Meghan Markle reveals how Prince Harry saved her when she was ‘at her worst’

The Duchess of Sussex released the second episode of her podcast on Tuesday Archetypesdedicated to mental health disorders.

Mental health is a cause dear to the Sussexes. In a new episode of his podcast ArchetypesStreaming on Spotify this Tuesday, October 11, Meghan Markle discusses the topic with actress Constance Wu, comedian and writer Jenny Slate, and activist and Bollywood star Deepika Padukone. On this occasion, Prince Harry’s wife has made some reassurances, revealing how her husband referred her to a mental health professional. “When I was at my worst, my husband found a reputable therapist to call. And I got in touch with this woman,” he recalls.

Then Meghan Markle revealed some details about her contact with the specialist. “He didn’t even know that I was going to call him. He was checking out the grocery store. I would hear the little “beep” and I would say. “Hello, I’m introducing myself… and I need help.” »
