The psychologist says that children who return to offline learning may not be mentally prepared for stressful situations. In particular, when the air raid signal sounds and it will be necessary to go to cover in an organized manner.
“Important and urgent! My friends and I are releasing a new project: a training song to help children cope with anxiety and panic from sirens. Today many children are returning from cities where there are no alarms. Children go to kindergartens and schools. And the adults who are next to them have a big responsibility, not only related to safety – but also to possible emotional states of children – anxiety , panic attacks, dizziness. you need to direct the activity, help breathing control, to give the opportunity to stretch spasmodic muscles, drink water, contact the body, contact again with fact – this short song – with a rhythm, with each proposed action (all these are skills used by trauma therapists) – this is exactly what it was created for, – noted by expert.
There are almost no adverbs in the song, only verbs so as not to overexcite the limbic system, especially to direct activity and go to the shelter.
