As the beauty influencers demonstrate in these videos, Allan Snyder’s method was to first draw a classic black pencil line in the shape of a comma on the upper lid. Nothing new so far.
Then, with a brown pencil, the expert drew a second comma at the outer corner of the eye, this time following the lower lash line. The end of the line should point slightly downwards, creating a triangular space. The idea was to create a floating “shadow” under the eye to deepen the look and make the lashes look fuller.
