Netflix just made a deal with Nippon TVone of the leading entertainment companies in Japan, to license 13 of their most popular series and films. Veteran Enthusiasts anime will be delighted to know that among the titles received by the platform, there are absolute classics such as death Note, Hunter x Hunter since 2011, Berserk 1997 Monster, Hajime no Ippo and much more.

According to what the portal indicates Diversityagreement between Netflix and the television network will allow a sumptuous collection of Japanese animated series and films to be streamed from September 2, 2022. The deal will start with three anime from previous years, with the rest of the titles to be included in the platform’s catalog soon.

Netflix strengthens its anime offer

The report mentions that the union between Netflix D Nippon TV This will not give you exclusive rights to your series and movies, so they can also be released on other platforms. However, the truth is that the world’s leading video streaming service will get them first.
