The new feature should show the consequences that the Sorcerer Supreme will face after opening the doors of the multiverse
With the premiere of ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ getting closer and closer, Marvel is sparing no previews to show fans of the franchise the consequences that the Sorcerer Supreme will face after opening the doors of the multiverse.
This time, the film received a 30-second teaser that features Stephen Strange variants (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) in never-before-seen scenes. Check out!
Although brief, the images show the supreme wizard breaking a bus in half and also the clash between Strange and Baron Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor). Also, Scarlet Witch is seen using her powers to blow off an Ultron’s head.
Under the director’s care Sam Raimi (Spider-Man), the film has the following official synopsis:
“Following the intense battle of Avengers: Endgame that resulted in the departure of Iron Man and Captain America, Doctor Strange — a former genius surgeon and the most powerful wizard of them all — is expected to take a pivotal role in the Avengers. However, by using his magic to manipulate time and space with a dangerous and forbidden spell, he opens a door to a world of insanity called the Multiverse.
To restore an ever-changing world, Strange seeks the help of his ally Wong, and the most powerful Avenger, the Scarlet Witch, Wanda. But a terrible threat looms over humanity and the universe, far beyond its powers. Even more surprising is that the biggest threat to the universe looks exactly like Doctor Strange.”
‘Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness‘ premieres in Brazilian cinemas on May 5, 2022.
