Actor Devin Ratray, best known for his role Buzz McAllister in the movie Mi Pobre Angelito, he is under police investigation after being accused of sexually abusing a friend.
The alleged victim, named Lisa Smith, said that an American interpreter attacked her in September 2017 after slipping drugs into her drink while they were at a party at her apartment.
