Piccolo is in the “stepmother” phase with Pan, the daughter Gohanand intervenes with the Patrol to find out more about his plan, but things get complicated when the villains kidnap a minor to attract his father, who would become the protagonist of the fights.

Ávila makes his debut in the franchise with a lot of engagement, with a tone very similar to that of his predecessor, but with his characteristic quota that is refreshing and can convince even the most radical. It was a great opportunity to show off and it didn’t disappoint. Just to give an example, the voices of Mario Castañeda and René Garcia are rarely heard, because practically Goku and Vegeta are even tertiary characters in the movie.

The message of the film is, of course, redemption. No matter how many villains there are, you contact them and try to find the reasons for their actions. “Superhero” resorts to script changes that have already been seen but never get old to achieve this.

Thanks to video games like dragon ball fighter z or Dragon Ball: Kakarot, the transition to a new art section did not seem drastic to me, and 3D even seemed right for a new generation of fans. However, I could understand those who complain about this, but I would recommend giving them another chance.

The fights are well done and accompanied by good soundtrack, though I don’t consider them the best of the saga. Of course, they will be remembered for a few things, especially the moves they use and the transformations that will surprise the fans.
