On August 28, the National Library of Peru (BNP) is celebrating its 201st anniversary by building a reading community, and from August 17 to 31, it is preparing various in-person and virtual cultural events in different locations to celebrate with everyone. Peruvians and Peruvians.
The program will open with a presentation of the Library Publication “Law Classification Scheme” on Wednesday, August 17 at 4:00 pm via the institution’s Facebook Live.
On Saturday, August 20, the public is expected to participate in the master class “Ex-libris: “Own trace in our books” by students of the Faculty of Engraving of the Faculty of Arts Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), in two graphs; at 10:00 and 14:00 at the Grand Public Library of Lima.
On Tuesday, August 23, at 11:00 a.m., an exhibition entitled “Books of the Liberator in the BNP” will open in the Great Public Library of Lima.
