After living together for a quarter of a century, the couple showed on social networks that the strength of their love is still intact.
That was in 2007… It’s been fifteen years since Helen and Omar Sy said “I do” to each other in Tremblay-sur-Moldre (Île-de-France). However, the couple met a decade ago. The two lovers actually celebrated the 25th anniversary of their romance on Tuesday, August 9, on social networks.

“Time flies,” wrote the caesarean section actor to his 2.7 million subscribers in his Instagram story. He thus shared a picture from his wedding, in which the actor and his wife, dressed in a white suit and a printed dress, respectively, are tenderly embracing each other.
Helen Sye shared the same photo, which garnered 7,470 likes, quoting Canadian writer Marty Rubin: “Time does not pass, it continues.” He also presented to his 116,000 subscribers a cover created especially for that occasion, on which the duo appears as cartoon characters. The following message is written in it. “We’ve been beating each other up for 25 years and it’s still working.”

Marriage and family
During these 25 years of love, Helen and Omar Sai also started a family. They are now parents to five children: 21-year-old Celli, 18-year-old Sabah, 16-year-old Tidian, 13-year-old Alhaji and 5-year-old Amani-Noor. Although the clan now lives in Los Angeles, out of sight, each of them has been making more and more remarkable appearances to the delight of fans.
