The Proceres de la Independencia Park, located in the Jesus Maria area, opens its doors for another day of FIL Lima 2022, which on August 5 will offer its visitors a day full of music, theater and literature.

Among the most prominent events is a tribute to the Argentine actor. Osvaldo Cattone, who on August 8, 2021 declared mourning for the Peruvian theater after his death at the age of 88. This tribute is organized by the Peruvian Book Chamber and Penguin Random House, which published the theatrical memoir titled “Soy lo que soy”.

Also, the playwright Cesar de Maria will present his book “Against Time”, which contains twelve works of his authorship. And at 19 o’clock in the pavilion. Portugalguest country IDF Lima 2022three micro-theatrical works will be developed, and the Portuguese writer Jose Luis Peixoto and its publisher will present the novel The House in Darkness.
