Sebastian Yatra holding Luis Suarez’s shirt: “Success, crack!”

Colombian singer Sebastian Yatra stayed this Sunday with the jersey of Uruguayan footballer Luis Suarez, who arrived in his country to be introduced as the new player of the national team.

Later, they left the airport for the Gran Parque Central stadium, accompanied by a caravan of thousands of fans.

Suarez became Nacional’s new player on Wednesday, a day after announcing that both sides had agreed in advance to return the player to the side he played for from 2005 to 2006.

The striker posted a message on his Twitter in which he changed his profile picture to a photo wearing the jersey of the team in which he began his professional career.

“Now yes, OFFICIAL! Suarez in Nacional! I am proud to wear my jersey at Nacional again! Thank you all for your support!

This was announced by Tricolor in a publication on the same social network.

“Everyone’s enthusiasm, love for flowers and the joy of seeing you again in the most beautiful shirt in the world. Glad you’re home! Luis Suarez #ElClubGiante,” reads the text, which is accompanied by a photo of Uruguay’s historic scorer.

The striker made his official debut in the Nacional jersey in May 2005 and said goodbye to the club in July 2006, playing 48 games, scoring 12 official goals and winning the Uruguayan championship twice.
