In the second part of Elfab – now known as The Evil Witch of the West – lives in exile, hiding in the forest. He will not stop fighting for the rights of the creatures and aims to reveal the truth about the wizard rule. At the same time, his ex -friend Glinda has been a symbol of good: he lives in a palace in an emerald city, enjoys glory and convinces people of the legitimacy of the wizard’s power.
However, separation from Elphaba does not give Glinda peace. He aims to negotiate his friend with the magician, but his attempts will only worsen the conflict. Meanwhile, the mysterious tremors are shaking the country – and a girl appears from Kansas, who is able to change the fate of all.
