Joel
Dividing protagonism with Ellie (Bella Ramsey), Joel (Pedro Pascal) was killed early in the season.
At the time, Joel saves Abby’s life (Kaitlyn Duty) Without knowing that, in fact, she is the daughter of the doctor whom she killed at the vague headquarters, at St. Mary Hospital in Salt Lake City, where he also sacrificed several members of the rebel faction, as well as a possible cure for the mutation of the cordyceps fungus – which, in the universe of the game and the series, has been plaguing humanity – with one goal: keep Ellie alive.
However, its action caused a reaction. Abby sought him for years and when he finally found him, she took him to an ambush where she was tortured to death.
Daughter -in -law

Involved in the death of Joel, Nora (Tati Gabrielle) He was killed by Ellie, who witnessed Joel’s last breath and saw Abby’s friends being conniving with the death of the one who eventually assumed the position of paternal figure for her.
The death happened in episode 5, when Ellie chases Nora at Lake Hill Hospital, where the two end up stopping on a spore -dominated floor – particles expelled in the air by infected who contaminate anyone who inhales them. As Ellie is immune to the fungus, she looks good. The same does not happen to daughter -in -law.
Infected, Nora would already have her end, but Ellie does not hesitate to torture her when the girl refuses to reveal Abby’s whereabouts and confronts the protagonist about Joel’s attitudes.
Owen

Another supporters of Abby, Owen (Spencer Lord) dies in the seventh episode of the series after Ellie found him in Seattle’s aquarium while looking for the girl who killed Joel.
In the brief contact between them, she questions where Abby is, but the man shoots Ellie. The shot is not agreed, and the protagonist retaliates, taking the character’s life.
Honey

In this confrontation in Seattle’s aquarium, Owen was accompanied by honey (Ariela Barer), which is also hit by Ellie’s target.
She, however, does not die on the spot and ends up revealing to the character of Bella Ramsey who was pregnant, and asks the protagonist to give birth to cesarean section before she dies. Traumatized Ellie can’t fulfill the request for honey, and Abby’s friend’s son dies without having a chance to see the daylight.
Jesse

After the deaths, Jesse (Young Mazino) and Tommy (Gabriel Luna) appear to rescue Ellie once more. They return to the theater they were using as a shelter and are surprised by Abby, who becomes Jesse’s killer.
This happens after the character hostage Tommy. Desperate to save the life of Joel’s brother Ellie and Jesse run toward the place where Abby was waiting for them, and after opening the door, they are surprised by the antagonist’s gun, which hits the man’s face.
