In response, the ador justified the accusations, stating that there was no attempt to prevent the group’s performance in Hong Kong. The agency clarified that Si hyuk It has no contractual bond with the event and, according to the company’s information, the request made to the event was to ensure that the presentation of the group was held under the management of the producer, according to the exclusive contract.
It is worth remembering that the first hearing of both parties in the judicial process will take place at the 41st Division of Civil Agreements of the District Court of Seoul, in South Korea, on April 3.
