Who is muso, ‘Daredevil: reborn’ villain?

Find out who created, where it came up and the history of muso debut, as well as the possible clash that will face in ‘Daredevil: Reborn’

On the night of last Tuesday, 18, the fourth episode of “Daredevil: Reborn” was made available in the Disney+ catalog bringing some news to the franchise. This is because, besides revealing the return of the justice, interpreted by Jon Bernthalthe plot presented a new villain: Muso, character of Hunter Doohanwho is seen watching Heather’s lecture (Margarita Levieva).

Who is muso?

A creation of the writer Charles Soule and the designer Ron GarneyMuso appeared in 2016 in the comic book (vol. 5) #11 “, where he was presented as a serial killer who turns his victims into art, seeing himself as an artist whose creations scattered around New York are usually made with the blood of the victims he does, although they also have artistic expressions with parts of human bodies in their dark portfolio.

In his comic debut, he, who wears a white mask whose space around his eyes has drained red spots such as blood, is responsible for painting a mural using the blood of a hundred people who have disappeared. The mural was about to be displayed when Matt Murdock is in action to prevent exposure.

He, who has the nickname of Vincent Van Gore, as a pun with the painter Vincent Van GoghIt has never had the true identity revealed, but one fact about muso is that its sense of justice is misrepresented, since there is always a concern with the symbolism of its crimes, which commonly have social and political criticism, even if they are extremely violent.

It is worth mentioning that Muso specializes in combat, still having powers about humans such as super strength, overflected reflexes and improved stealth, making it a true killing machine and raising the possibility that it is inhuman, although all about the origin of its skills and its past is a mystery.

In “Daredevil: Reborn”, Muso is responsible for the kidnapping that the white tiger was investigating. The next episodes should reveal more about the character, as the 5th and 6th episodes of the series close the first chapter on March 25.

However, in “DAREDEVIL #598” there are clues to the villain’s path in the Multiverse Marvel, the MCU, as the story follows the newly elected mayor Wilson Fisk starting a unilateral war against New York vigilantes, and Muso is inspired by clashes to create blood-filled works in support of vigilantes, thus awakening a clash among the villains.
