Ador wins a case of abuse to the NJZ manager (Newjeans)

The former NJZ (Newjeans) agency is considered innocent by the jury after accusation of abuse to the quintet manager; look!

The controversy involving the contract of Girlgroup NJZ (Newjeans) with the ador and Hybe gained new updates on Monday, 24, specifically the accusation of abuse and bullying involving the agency CEO, KimJu Youngand a former company manager who won a final verdict. The manager claimed that he was arrested and unjustly interrogated, with his laptop taken irregularly, but after the completion of the internal audit, the Ministry of Employment and Labor determined that the CEO of the ador was not guilty of the accusations.

The accusations began when the manager, identified as “A”, claimed to have been arrested and forced to return his laptop without legal justification and was still pressured to deliver his personal cell phone. The former employee also stated that the company began an investigation against him after he formatted his laptop, which prevented data recovery. In response, the producer defended herself, saying that the manager violated the policies of the contract, trying to intermediate business directly with advertisers, ignoring the company.

According to the investigation, the manager would have acted independently by helping the girls to make contact with advertisers and brands, excluding the adoring of the process. This was considered illegal, as the manager was still linked to the agency at the time.

After the audit, the manager filed a formal complaint against the company, alleging bullying in the workplace. However, the Ministry of Employment and Labor concluded that there was not enough evidence to confirm the allegations, stating that “it was not possible to verify that bullying occurred in the workplace.”

The Seoul Regional Employment and Work Office, which conducted the investigation, determined that there were no significant irregularities on the part of the CEO of the ador, concluding the case without accusations.

In the midst of this, the lawsuit involving NJZ members and the company continues.
