What is the meaning of ‘Earthquake’?
In the lyrics, there is the use of a metaphor to compare the feelings and sensations that the arrival of a new passion cause with the consequences of an earthquake, after all, as well as natural disaster, there is no way to escape when a new love appears.
In the chorus, the comparison is more evident. The translation says:
Hits me like an earthquake (uh-huh)

In addition to “Earthquake”, the album “Amortage” has 3 more unreleased tracks, “Your Love”, “Tears” and “Hugs & Kisses”. Two of the songs are in English, and two in Korean; listen!
The album marks the first work of Jisoo After signing a partnership between its agency, Blisso, and Warner Records, a record label that has artists names such as Dua Lipaand the bands Red Hot Chili Peppers and Linkin Park. The project also the first since she has stopped her solo career managed by YG Entertainment and Interscope Records in 2023.
