Twice’s Dahyun will be in K-Drama with Seo Hyun Jin from The Trunk

Twice’s Dahyun makes her debut at K-Drama with “Love Me,” alongside actress Seo Hyun Jin, from ‘The Trunk’, and the cinema with “The Girl of My Eyes”

If there’s something that K-pop fans love, it’s seeing your favorite idols shining beyond the stage. And who is about to make this transition is Dahyunmember of Twice! The singer will now venture into the universe of South Korean dramas, famous k-dramas or popularly known in Brazil as doramas, as this Friday, 7, her participation in the new director series was announced. Based on the Swedish series of the same name, the plot of ‘Love Me’ plunges into the love stories and self -discovery of a family that, despite all the defects and self -centers, tries to find its way. The plot accompanies Seo Joon-Kyung, played by SEO HYUN-JIN From ‘The Trunk’, an obstetric-gynecologist who seems to have the perfect life but hides a deep loneliness. Your destination changes when you meet Joo Do-Hyun (Chang-Ryul), a musical director who sees her beyond her impeccable facade.

In addition to the protagonist couple, the drama presents characters who promise to deliver a whirlwind of emotions, such as Yoo Jae-Myungthat will bring life to SEO Jin Ho, the father of Joon-Kyung, a man who always seems to smile at adversities, but his life turns upside down when he fires himself from his work in search of happiness, just to be confronted with even larger challenges, and Seo Joon-Seo (Lee Si-Woo), the protagonist’s younger brother, an immature romantic that is afraid of being alone.

Dahyun wins the role of JI Hye-Ona publisher and aspiring novelist, Joon-Seo’s childhood friend, who responsibly tries to help his friend as he discovers that his feelings for him go beyond friendship.

Remember that idol won’t just stop on the small screen! In addition to her K-Drama debut, the Twice member is also about to make her movie debut with the movie ‘The Girl of My Eyes’, which hits the Brazilian big screen on March 13.
