Madame Figaro: Why is this title, Gestures ?
Amanda sthers.- Because I wanted to tell a family story through gestures. One day, when I walked on the street, I went to my reflection in the window, and I knew my father’s gesture, which I didn’t know I didn’t know. Undoubtedly, he ignores that he does it, and he inherited him, no doubt his father before his father. I myself said that there was a very beautiful gesture that spreads inside the family, then extended, the gestures we need to take, or those who are not able to take, or negative gestures that hold. The curse will need to end. This appeared to me as a great way to tell a family, and this story structure began.
You only needed characters to embody …
I wanted to follow the father very different from the mine. Or extremely filtered man with crazy charm, who attracts a lot of space, is a little like the characters in Iv Montand. I thought this character could oriented some sun, and at the same time I needed to have more Western freedom. So I gave my mother a baby in Alexandria and forced him to live in the first years of life there. The original gesture is his mother who suffers from Proshagnis, a disorder that prevents others from recognizing the faces of others and does not even know his son’s face. He knows him when he approaches his flock, but he should prove who he is every time he is his mother. And from this gesture, after this injury, this injury occurs, to tempt women to be recognized, welcomed the weapon, as he had to be defended by him, because he did not recognize this child … I always have titles. Construction with their trasms as their happiness. It is this mixture that also allows you to justify what they are later, their disturbances, the relationship that this person has with his father’s relationship with his father. So we have generation generation.
The account of the narrator is mixed with fragments where we listen to his father … for what purpose?
That we only see the hypolite with his son’s eyes, disappointed me, because everyone knows that we know our parents again. It was almost my activities as a screenwriter, which dictated him to vote so that we could hear it and could fulfill his opinion. When you lose your parent, you always arrive at this time when you need to put their jobs in the boxes, everything that implies nostalgia and sometimes laughs we don’t know. And in all this I think the sound is one of the strongest things someone gone if you collide with the one who answers your favorite one, it’s overwhelming. In this book, I told myself that his voice would be beautiful in this book, just as he wrote he wrote. We are a child, particularly sex, and which is more important because it was very strong.

Is it a book on the transfer, heritage, memory?
It is also a book on transmission and ability to avoid it. I think we can’t reach the world, deciding to be the one who wants. We are such that we want to do with what we accept or refuse our family’s inheritance. I wrote an autobiographical book, Break the charmWhere was the question “breaking the charm” in the term ethmological meaning? End in families for grief so that it does not turn to our children. And there is something in this order to make peace with our parents Gesturesespecially when you welcome a child. Concerns are the same, but the treatment is different when we are millimizing a lot, where the rhythm is more removed, the more romantic material is filled with colors and jokes.
Is this brought to the cinema from your work that you mentioned?
It is very possible. The more I progress, the more my books imagine. And that’s probably I’ve done a movie, that’s what I think so much in the pictures. Often, I rewrite my scenes according to the collections I have found, or I like the decor so that I will make a spot scene. I also think that this is why countries occupy such a place in my books. Here Egypt, Italy, Greece, France … – that they become almost characters. We don’t live in the same way if we grow by sea, in the village or close in a small apartment. Looks like a fire, but it allows you to set the characters and horizons. I’m now living in Los Angeles, now I can now see the beauty of Paris now. When you build a character, learn what they will decide on their visual prints of who it is, its aspirations, the directions that it will last.
Text of your great success at the theater, Old blonde Jew Where a young Catholic blonde girl thinks that in reality the old Jewish Jews of Ausvens is being re-re-re-re-delivered. There’s also talking about it as Gestures Torn Identity …
The story of my family is punctuated with many eradias and myself, I went to live elsewhere. I often impressed that I was nowhere in my house, it’s part of my deepest identity, especially since I live in another country. When I return here, it’s not really home anymore, but I’m not at home too. And at the same time I have the impression that this discomfort brings a lot to my work, because it brings me to a more observer and attentive. We look at the world differently, setting her ego aside, because we are not in the conquer. We reach, moreover, we need to reconsider everything to make people love to understand us, and that we understand them. It is not only a language, but also requires culture, and it requires some humility.
Do you believe that writing was broken or tried to break or test?
I think that my greatest love story, I live it with books, whether it is the author or reader. Literature is not only my country. He is the man of my life.
