More actors from the cast of the second season of the One Piece live-action anime series have been revealed by Netflix; Check it out!

The long-awaited second season of Netflix’s live-action “One Piece” has just added new cast members, according to information released by Deadline. Sophia Anne Caruso (Beetlejuice), Mark Penwill (Catch Me a Killer) and Anton David Jeffha (Legacy) join the production in recurring roles as Miss Goldenweek, Chess and KM, respectively.

Based on the iconic manga by Eiichiro Oda“One Piece” follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his pirate crew on a journey across the seas in search of the legendary One Piece treasure. The series, which won a legion of fans in its first season, now expands its universe with new characters and promises to delve into the developments of the Baroque Works saga.

In addition to the recent announcements, other names already confirmed for the cast include Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday/Vivi, Joe Manganiello like Mr. 0/Crocodile, Katey Sagal like Dr. Kureha, Lera Abova such as Miss All-Sunday/Nico Robin, among others. The season will also bring familiar faces like Mackenyu (Zoro), Emily Rudd (Nami), Jacob Romero Gibson (Usopp) and Taz Skylar (Sanji), in addition to Jeff Ward in the role of the eccentric Buggy.

The production, carried out in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios, has the creative supervision of himself Odawho serves as executive producer alongside Matt Owens and Joe Traczthe showrunners of the series.

With filming already underway, the second season promises to deepen the conflicts, present epic battles and give even more prominence to the universe built by Oda. In the meantime, fans can continue speculating about the next additions to the cast and story developments.

Although the second season of “One Piece: The Series” does not yet have an official release date, the first season of the production is available on Netflix.
