In the letter, TOP celebrated BIGBANG’s latest comeback by thanking fans and YG Entertainment. Check out!
Last Monday, 4th, BIGBANG made their newest comeback after four years on hiatus with the track “Still Life”, a song composed by G-Dragon andTOP which reflects on the passage of time and youth, and also marks the group’s first release with just four members, since leaving Seungri in 2019.
To celebrate the long-awaited return, TOP shared this Tuesday, 5, a short letter with his fans through Instagram, where he thanked all the VIPs and the YG Entertainment team for everything he has achieved in his career, as well as reflecting on his future. Check out the full translation:
“Finally the music came out.
I wouldn’t be here without the help of the entire YG team.
Thank you all for the last 16 years.
It means a lot to me.I’m thinking
I must be going through another important one
turning point in my life
at the time.I look forward to the day
where i can come back as a man
of inspiration in the near future.I’m more grateful for my fans.
Thanks again.

It is worth remembering that in February, YG Entertainment reported that, after 16 years, TOP had terminated his exclusive contract with the company and was leaving the agency. Even with the end of his activities with YG, the idol still remains an active member of BIGBANG, and will participate in the group’s projects whenever possible.
Before “Still Life”, BIGBANG’s last comeback took place in 2019 with the song “Flower Road”. Remember the track!
