The former CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jin, filed a lawsuit, this Friday, the 22nd, against BELIFT LAB for around 3.57 million dollars, approximately 20.7 million reais.
According to the Korean press (Via Koreaboo), initially the Min Hee Jin filed a lawsuit for defamation against Kim Tae Ho, CEO of BELIFT LABChoi Yoon Hyukdeputy CEO of BELIFT LAB, Lee Ka Junvocal coach and Serian Heucreative director of the company.
In the media, Kim Tae Ho confirmed that the former CEO delayed a civil action between her and the company, to which the defense of Min Hee Jin vehemently denies it, in addition to also stating that BELIFT LAB’s old video statements were false and that they would sue the company for the damages that could be caused by the videos.

THE BELIFT LAB had already processed Min Hee Jin previously for damage caused to groups and companies by accusations of plagiarism made by the former CEO.
The first hearing takes place in January 2025 after Min Hee Jin request a counterclaim, in an attempt to reverse the processes it took.
ADOR releases note on Min Hee Jin’s resignation from the position of internal director of the company
After Min Hee Jin resign as internal director, ADOR spoke briefly in a statement last Thursday, the 21st, stating that they regret the businesswoman’s resignation, and that they will do their utmost to “support NewJeans”:
