Surprising everyone, this Thursday, the 21st, BIGHIT MUSIC announced “Winter Ahead”, a new digital single from Vmember of BTS, featuring Park Hyo Shinwhich will be released on November 29th, next Friday.
According to the announcement, the new single by V, “it’s a jazz-pop song with a heavy vibe that showcases the peaceful colors of the two artists’ voices”, and sings about how happiness can be found when you have someone by your side.
V and the songs of December
It is known to BTS fans that Vfollows a tradition of releasing songs during this period of the year, leading up to Christmas, such as, for example, “Snow Flower”, a feat with Peakboy launched in 2020; “Christmas Tree”, released in 2021, an OST from the K-drama “Our Beloved Summer”; a cover of “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas”, a classic by the American jazz singer Bing Crosby; and the most recent, released in 2023, being “wherever u are” a feat with the singer UMI.
Special Christmas single
Vfrom BTS, has prepared a more than special Christmas gift for fans, as the idol will release a Christmas single with Bing Crosby (1903 – 1977) on December 6th.
The song in question will be a remix of “White Christmas”, originally released in 1942, whose interpretation of the song by the late American singer became the best-selling single of all time, as reported by the Soompi portal.
