Celebrate Black Awareness Day, celebrated this Wednesday, 20th, with 5 black superheroes presented in comics, animations and in cinemas
This Wednesday, the 20th, Black Awareness Day is celebrated in Brazil, an important date established in 2011, responsible for valuing the struggle, history and culture of Afro-Brazilians, highlighting one of the most important names in the fight against slavery : Zombie dos Palmares.
The date chosen to celebrate Black Awareness Day also refers to this important figure in our history. This is because, on November 20, 1695, after bravely fighting against slavery in Brazil, Zombie He ended up being killed by a bandeirante (a group that fought against escaped slaves).
