The SBU and NABU, with the help of the Ministry of Defense and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, exposed the command officers of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces, which for the period of 2022-2023 entered the contract for the purchase of aviation spare parts for combat aircraft, which caused losses to the Ukrainian budget of 27.3 million UAH. The SBU press service reported this on Wednesday, November 20.
It was noted that in the period of 2022-2023, the defendants entered into contracts for the purchase of aviation spare parts for Ukrainian aircraft, which caused damage to the Ukrainian budget of UAH 27.3 million.

To win the tender, the participants involved several other affiliated commercial structures, including those with foreign registrations.
By acting in this way, the officials created the appearance of competition, under the guise of which they obtained a contract with the “right” company.
Participants in the transaction took the resulting “excess profits” in the shadows through a network of controlled companies.
The issue of choosing a preventive measure is decided.
The suspects face up to six years in prison.
