Released in November 2021, the film Eternals presented another phase of Marvel; Since then, fans have been waiting for a sequel
During his participation in the D23 Brasil event, held last Saturday, the 9th, Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, addressed the perspectives for a possible sequelfrom “Eternals”.
In an interview with the Cinepop portal, Feige didn’t give any hopeful news for fans of the characters that mark another phase of Marvel.

“Eternals”, released in November 2021, tells the saga of immortal beings who, according to Marvel mythology, have protected the Earth and influenced the course of humanity over the centuries.
Although the film premiered amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, it managed to gross US$402 million globally. However, Feige’s statements suggest that a sequel not in the plans studio staff.
Original ending!
“Eternals” should have another ending — and it would be much darker and depressing than the version we saw in the cinema. Chloe Zhaodirector of the film, revealed the information during an interview with Empire and also detailed what the original idea would be like.
“The movie used to end with everyone back on the spaceship, with their minds erased, and just going to travel to another planet, like in The Twilight Zone. I remember when the screen went dark, everyone was thinking, ‘I didn’t I know what to do.’ Plus, it’s the MCU, and you want to be excited for what’s next,” the Oscar-winning filmmaker explained.
