The conversion of two dilapidated apartments into a bright duplex
Barbara Ballou, an architect for 10 years and a graduate of École Saint-Luc in Brussels, responded to the request of this couple who fell in love with two 42 m² platforms spread over two floors of a small building in Boulogne; the spirit of the “mansion”.
