For the new adventure, which will have its story set two years after the events of the first film, according to information from Disney, Moana will reunite with the demigod Maui, her pets Pua, the pig, and the rooster HeiHei, as well as a new crew, made up of engineer Loto, farmer Kele and enthusiastic Maui superfan Moni.
According to the description available in the film’s trailer published on YouTube, “After receiving an unexpected call from her ancestors, Moana must travel to the distant seas of Oceania and dangerous, long-lost waters in an adventure unlike anything she has ever faced before. ”. New antagonists

The first is Nalo, god of storms, described as the most “fearsome and powerful” being Moana has ever faced.
