BTS’s Jin asks fans not to promote ‘Super Tuna 2’

After announcing the release of ‘Super Tuna 2’, BTS member Jin made the unusual request to ARMYs during a live broadcast

This Thursday, 10th, Jina member of BTS, held a surprise live broadcast to celebrate his bandmate’s birthday Jiminwhich will take place next Sunday, the 13th, in addition to announcing the release of “Super Tuna 2”, the full version of his single “Super Tuna”, released in 2021.

In addition to catching fans off guard, the announcement was also made in the same way as three years ago, when the idol released the first version of the song.

During the broadcast, despite giving ARMYs a small spoiler for the music video for the track, Jin made a special request to fans: not to promote the song, as it was a bit “embarrassing”.

“Please don’t disclose it yet! And don’t do challenges! Please don’t do it! It would be cool if you guys just watched it and enjoyed it. To be honest, I watched the video and was a little embarrassed!” Jin said during the broadcast.

Moments later, the idol made a post through the Weverse platform, where he asked fans to listen to the new album by the British band Coldplay before “Super Tuna”.

“My dear brothers Coldplay’s album is out, so please listen to it once before listening to ‘Super Tuna’ ~*

Thank you, brothers, for continuing to talk about me while I was enlisted. Let’s do another one one more time before we die.”

It is worth remembering that Jinwho is a big fan of Coldplay, has already had the chance to collaborate with the band twice: on “My Universe”, alongside members of BTS, and on his solo debut single “The Astronaut”, which featured the group’s participation in co-writing the lyrics, in addition to having performed the song alongside the band at a show in Buenos Aires. Remember the songs!
