In a surprise live broadcast, BTS’s Jin celebrated Jimin’s birthday in advance, as well as announcing the full version of ‘Super Tuna’
This Thursday, the 10th, BTS fans were surprised with an unexpected live from Jinwho started a live broadcast on the Weverse platform to celebrate the birthday of Jiminwhich will only be celebrated next Sunday, October 13th.
It is worth remembering that, currently, Jiminis carrying out his mandatory military service period in the South Korean army, and will only be discharged on June 11, 2025, alongside Jungkookwith whom he serves together in the 5th Infantry Division in Yeoncheon County.
For this reason, the idol is not authorized to carry out his career activities as a singer, from music promotions to simpler programs, such as lives with fans to celebrate his birthday.
Therefore, Jinwho was the first to be dismissed, decided to surprise fans with a live broadcast that featured birthday decorations, cake and the indispensable “Happy Birthday” song. Furthermore, the oldest member also updated ARMYs about the artist, saying that, at the moment, he should be sleeping, but that he is eating well and has gained weight.
Before finishing the transmission, Jin He even prepared another surprise for his fans by removing the birthday decoration, showing a poster that revealed the re-release of his track “Super Tuna”. According to a statement from BigHit Music, released minutes after the live, the full version of the track, presented for the first time at BTS FESTA 2024, will be released in the early hours of tomorrow, at 1am (Brasília time).
