In July this year, Kep1er fans had to say goodbye to Mashiro and Yeseoafter the company responsible for the artists decided not to renew the stars’ contract to continue in the group after the end of the period stipulated in the “Girls Planet 999” program.
Since then, the group has been made up of seven members, composed of Yujin, Xiaoting, Chaehyun, Dayeon, Hikaru, HueningBahiyyih and Youngeunwho agreed to the renewal. Now, this Monday, the 7th, WAKEONE announced that the girl group will make their first comeback as a septet on November 1st.
In addition to marking the first release with just seven members, the new record will also be Kep1er’s first comeback in around five months. His most recent release was the album “Kep1going On”, released in June. Remember the video for the title track “Shooting Star”!
It is also worth highlighting that, as reported by Soompi, following the release of the new album, Kep1er will count on the collaboration of a new company, KLAP Entertainment, which will work alongside WAKEONE in managing the group, with a new team that will be led by professionals who have been alongside the girl group since their debut in 2022.
