Hyejeong, former member of AOA, revealed in a recent interview about her current relationship with the girl group members
Last Wednesday, 2nd, Hyejeongformer member of AOA, revealed in an interview with the singer’s channel Tak Jae Hoon on YouTube, how your current relationship with the girl group members is going. The idol stopped being part of AOA and changed agencies in March 2023, and states that she is supporting her former colleagues through her heart and social media:
We didn’t break up. Nothing was clearly stated, but I think we have parted ways in my heart. We are supporting each other’s lives now in our hearts (…) We are going our separate ways, and I haven’t been in contact with any of the members. I can see what everyone is doing through Instagram.”
The conflict between Hyejeong and the other members of AOA emerged in 2019, after a scandal involving the members Mine and Jimin. At the time, Mina had accused Jimin of bullying, which generated great repercussions in the K-pop industry, resulting in both of them leaving the group and leading to the end of AOA’s activities, however, without there being an official disbandment.
