Madame Figaro returns to her school routine at Art Basel Paris. The contemporary art fair returns to the Grand Palais from October 18 to 20 with a program combining new works and masterpieces by the great masters. “Oh La La” – A new initiative at Art Basel Paris sets the tone for this third edition. On Friday and Saturday evenings, 33 gallery owners will present rare and surprising works. With 195 galleries on show, this new feature is part of an explosive and innovative program that we invite you to discover on a journey tailored just for you. Explanations!

On the program: masterpieces and developments
After three years of renovation, the Grand Palais is once again hosting the contemporary art fair in its exclusive setting. Walking through its alleys, you will come across masterpieces by 20th century masters who shaped important artistic movements such as René Magritte, Joan Miro, Pablo Picasso, Jean Dubuffet, Roy Lichtenstein, Sonia Delaunay, Jean-Michel Basquiat or Keith Haring …
With 195 galleries from 42 countries this year (compared to 154 galleries in the previous edition), Art Basel Paris once again offers a comprehensive overview of the global art scene. The fair is also structured around the Emergence sector, dedicated to galleries and emerging artists, and the new Premise sector, which brings together nine galleries that can include works up to 1900. The Outside the Walls public program returns with several exhibitions and facilities. including “Tales and storytellers” Presented by Miu Miu at the Palais d’Iéna, the works of Niki de Saint Phalle in the square in front of the Institut de France or the Conversations in the Petit Palais catch our attention.
