After a scene from ‘Agatha Forever’, a theory about the possible death of the Scarlet Witch emerged; see what Jac Scheffer thinks about it!

Last Wednesday, the 18th, the first two episodes of “Agatha Since Forever”, a series starring the villain of “WandaVision”, Agatha Harknees (Kathryn Hahn), were released on Disney+, and one of the scenes aroused the curiosity of Scarlet Witch fans, as it shows the character’s body.
For those who don’t remember, in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) destroys Mount Wundagore and collapses the temple on itself. At the time, the character’s body is not shown, and her fate has remained in doubt since 2022.
Although the mystery seems to have been solved with the arrival of the new title, Jac Scheffercreator of the Agatha series and “WandaVision”, made a curious comment to The Wrap (via Omelete) about a theory that claims that the body seen in the scene is “the Enchantress, but not Wanda’s”.
“I have to keep my composure, I can neither confirm nor deny. What I can say is that I like the way your mind works,” Schaeffer joked. “That’s my response to that theory.”
The idea gains strength since, in the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse, the characters have several variants, as seen in “Avengers: Endgame (2019)”, where a new Gamora joins the team, or in “Deadpool & Wolverine”, where versions of both characters can be seen, making it possible for the body to be that of the Sorceress from another dimension.
As much as Scheffer has not confirmed or denied the theory, another big question from fans seems to have had a more incisive answer, since, when asked about an appearance by Wanda in “Agatha Since Always”, she said: “This is Agatha Harkness’ series, that’s what I can say. She’s the one taking center stage at the moment.”
With eight episodes, the remaining chapters of “Agatha Since Forever” should arrive weekly on Disney’s streaming platform catalog until October 30th.
