HYBE has responded to the recent statement published by Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, regarding her departure from the company
This Friday, the 13th, HYBE responded to the recent statement published by Min Hee Jinformer CEO of ADOR, regarding her dismissal from the company. In it, the professional says that she is taking legal measures to reverse the situation, stating that the decision “violates the agreement of the court and the shareholders.”
In response, HYBE stated (via Soompi) that they are awaiting the court’s decision on the case, in addition to stating that the act of taking Min Hee Jin of the CEO position is not linked to them. Read the translation below:
The shareholders’ agreement between HYBE and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has already been terminated. Once terminated, its legal effect is null and void. A lawsuit has been filed to confirm the termination of the shareholders’ agreement and we are awaiting a court decision.
The decision to dismiss Min Hee Jin as CEO was made independently by ADOR’s board of directors as part of a corporate management decision. It is not related to HYBE or the shareholders’ agreement.
We regret that Min Hee Jin, who has long emphasized the importance of independent management of ADOR as a separate entity, is not respecting the decision of ADOR’s board of directors.”
