More about the FIFTY FIFTY X ATTRAKT case

The legal dispute between FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT began in June last year after the company responsible for forming the group accused Warner Music Korea and The Givers of trying to manipulate the members. Aran, Keena, Saena and Sio so that they would break their exclusivity contract with ATTRAKT. In the same month, the four filed a court request to suspend their contracts.

The request filed by the members was denied by the Seoul Central District Court, but the decision was soon appealed and the contracts Saena, Sio and Aran were closed on October 19. Keena decided to cancel the appeal shortly before, and as a result, remains in ATTRAKT and will be in the FIFTY FIFTY comeback that will occur with the release of the formation’s second mini album on September 20th at 1 am (Brasília time) and will be responsible for introducing the new members: Chanelle Moon, Yewon, Hana and Athena.
