In the second episode of the fourth season of the series The Umbrella Academy, the original version of the Ukrainian song Shchedryk was performed.

In American TV series Umbrella Academy a Ukrainian song played.

In the second episode of the fourth season, which was released on August 8, viewers heard the legendary Shchedrik composer Nikolai Leontovich. Footage of the moment surfaced on the official United24 Instagram page.

The publication emphasized that though Shchedrik often heard in foreign TV series and films as the English version of Carol of the Bells, here it is presented in the original Ukrainian version.
