2. Before the Day Ends (If Only)

Released in 2004, “Before the Day Ends” was directed by filmmaker Gil Junger. The plot develops from Ian’s novel (Paul Nicholls) and Samantha (Jennifer Love Hewitt), which ended prematurely, because while she gave him all the love she had, he was focused on his professional life and friendships.

After the breakup, Samantha suffers a car accident that changes the couple’s entire story, since from then on, the question arises: if you had one more day with the girl of your dreams, what would you do?

The fictional story is inspired by the real sinking of the RMS Titanic which collided with an iceberg during its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York on April 10, 1912.

4. The Bodyguard

Mixing the genres of romance and thriller, “The Bodyguard” (1992) features Kevin Costner as Frank Farmer, a former secret service agent who has become a professional bodyguard for a great actress and singer named Rachel Marron (Whitney Houston). 5. Knockout

Unlike the other films on the list, “Southpaw” does not deal with romantic love. In fact, the film Antoine Fuqua starring Jake Gyllenhaal follows a boxer who, while trying to win the championship title, suffers personal losses that lead him to face a battle even more complicated than those he experienced in the ring: winning the love and respect of his daughter.
