Before you head to D23 in the United States this weekend, here’s everything you need to know about the first edition of the convention in Brazil
From tomorrow, the 9th, until next Sunday, the 11th, D23 will take place in Anaheim, California, in the United States, Disney’s main event that takes place annually over three days, responsible for presenting some of the main news from the studio and its brands.
The name D23 came about in 2009, as the official Disney fan club is called. In the acronym, the “D” stands for Disney, while the “23” refers to the year in which Walt Disney founded the company: 1923.
During the three days of the event, fans will be able to follow the latest news from brands such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. In addition, according to the schedule available on the convention’s official website, panels for “Elements”, “Toy Story”, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians”, “Moana 2” have been confirmed, as well as the awards ceremony for “Disney Legends”, which will feature names such as Miley Cyrus, Angela Bassett, Martha Blanding, Jamie Lee Curtis and others.

When and where will it happen?
The first edition of D23 Brazil is scheduled to take place at the Transamerica Expo Center, in São Paulo, capital, on November 8, 9 and 10, every day from 10 am to 8 pm.
Parental rating
The event is rated as all ages, but the organization recommends that children be over 10 years old. Children under 3 years old do not pay for admission, but they must present an official document to prove their age.
Furthermore, minors under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter without the accompaniment of their parents or legal guardians.
Tickets
Tickets for D23 Brazil are available through the Eventim website, with prices ranging from R$174.95 (half-price) to R$999.90 (full price). Tickets for the Magic Pass, which gives access to all three days, and for Saturday are currently sold out.

Schedule
For now, the official schedule for the event has not yet been released. However, what is known is that panels with new features for Disney’s main brands have been confirmed, as well as different interactive experiences, and with the presence of great national and international talents.
