Relive some unforgettable moments of interactions between the members of BLACKPINK and BTS over the past few years
We often imagine that the world of K-pop is huge, and that it will probably be impossible to see even the slightest interaction between our favorite artists — but sometimes we end up being deeply mistaken.
Even though the South Korean pop industry is indeed becoming increasingly bigger, with dozens of new groups and soloists debuting every year, we can still be surprised by the different friendships that can arise between idols.
Among some of the famous K-pop friend groups, we can mention, for example, Thai Line, composed only of Thai idols (BamBam, Lisa, Minnie, Sorn It is Ten), and the 97 line, which only features singers born in 1997 (Jungkook, Yugyeom, BamBam, Mingyu, The8, DK, Cha Eun Woo, Jaehyun It is Bang Chan).
One of the interactions that most surprises the public is between the members of BTS and BLACKPINK which, even though they are rare, always generate a huge repercussion on social media.

1. Jisoo and V hosting the Inkigayo KPOP Super Concert in 2017
Hosting a music show, award show or K-pop event is inevitable for any group. In 2017, during the “Inkigayo KPOP Super Concert”, we had the opportunity to see V It is Jisoo presenting the show alongside Jinyoungfrom GOT7.
During the event, in addition to jokes between the two while talking to the audience, and a compliment from Taehyung for the girl, it was also possible to see V dancing during BLACKPINK’s performance, as well as Jisoo having fun at BTS’s performance.
2. Jungkook attending Jennie’s Calvin Klein event
One of the huge surprises for BLINKs and ARMYs in 2023 was the presence of Jungkook during the opening of the pop-up store for the collaboration between Jennie with the clothing brand Calvin Klein, also marking the launch of the collection created by the idol.

3. V and Lisa at the Celine fashion show in Paris

Although it wasn’t a direct interaction, the 2018 MMAs marked a cute moment related to BTS and BLACKPINK. That’s because, at a certain point during the awards ceremony, when the cameras focused on Jin While “DDU-DU DDU-DU” played in the background, the idol couldn’t hold back and danced the choreography with all his energy.

5. Jisoo interviewing BTS on Inkigayo
2017 was a busy year for “BangPink” interactions. At that time, Jisoo was the presenter of the music show Inkigayo, on the SBS channel, alongside Jinyoungfrom GOT7, and Doyoungfrom NCT, forming the trio “JinJiDo”. During her period as MC, BTS made their comeback with “Spring Day”, providing the opportunity for the oldest member of BLACKPINK to interview the boy group a few times.
