Between 2025 and 2027, Disney is expected to release 14 new films, half of them under the Marvel, Pixar and Disney Animation labels; see the predictions!
This Friday, the 2nd, Disney revealed the release date for its upcoming titles. In the release calendar revealed by Variety, the company confirmed 14 new productions, half of them under the Marvel, Pixar and Disney Animation labels, with release dates up to 2027.
Among the Marvel works that had their title revealed is “Blade”, a film first announced at Comic-Con in 2019, which will star Mahershala Aliwhich is scheduled to premiere on November 7, 2025; in addition to the next two films in the Avengers franchise: “Avengers: Doomsday”, which is scheduled to premiere in May 2026, and “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty”, which will be released in May 2027, both of which currently have no title in Portuguese.
It is also worth remembering that a title inspired by the Casa das Ideias comics, scheduled for July 2026, was removed from the calendar, and two other untitled productions are expected to hit theaters in July and November 2027.
In addition to these, a Pixar animation was also confirmed for 2027, on June 18, and an animated work from the Disney Animation label on November 23 of the same year. Another seven Disney films are expected to premiere in 2027 on the following dates: February 12, March 5, April 2, May 28, August 6, September 17 and October 8.
