How do you save your contacts on your phone? When it comes to this topic, everyone has their own favorite way. While some opt for something more formal, with the name and the place where they know the person from, others go for a more relaxed approach, with nicknames and cute or funny emojis.
In TWICE, this is no different, with each of the nine members having a specific way in which they saved the contacts of the other members, some of which were revealed in a live Q&A group with fans on the old Twitter (now X), during the promotion period for their first English release “The Feels”.
While some said they didn’t remember how the numbers were saved, the leader JihyoShe began by revealing that, for her, everyone is as simple as possible: “In fact, everyone’s name is just… Momo, Mine, Chaeyoung”.
Already Nayeonthe oldest member, did not say what of all, however, revealed that the contact of Chaeyoung is saved with a very peculiar nickname: “Gata Ladra”, without explaining the reason behind the curious name.
About that, Momo She said she decided to abandon the nickname method because she couldn’t find her contacts, and chose to adopt emojis, especially hearts, which she always places next to the people who are important to her. The same tactic is used by the maknaeTzuyuwho in the interview stated that she put a heart next to the names of all the members.
Finally, Jihyo shared how the members’ names are saved on their cell phones Jeongyeonwho was unable to participate in the interview. According to the leader, “the phone number Jeongyeon It’s so disturbing”, as she decided to put the contacts in a professional way, with the name of the group followed by the name of the person, like “TWICE Jihyo”, for example.
