According to Variety (via Omelete), Minions 3 is set to hit theaters on July 30, 2027, thanks to the financial return of the “Despicable Me” franchise, which has surpassed US$5 billion at the box office with the four films. The script will be written by Brian Lynchand the person responsible for management will be Pierre Coffin.
It is worth remembering that, at the beginning of June, Illumination confirmed that the studio has plans to create a kind of multiverse with the Minions and their variations during the next 100 years, including content that goes beyond the cinema.
