Check out some songs recommended by V from BTS, great to listen to when you need to relax after a stressful day.
After a tiring and stressful day at school, college or work, everyone has their own favorite way to relax. While some people enjoy their free time playing their favorite game, reading a book, or even watching a movie or series, others choose to relax through music.
According to SABRA (Brazilian Artistic Society), music can, in fact, help us relax, as it has the ability to stimulate relaxing responses in our nervous system through softer songs with more pleasant melodies, which help release endorphins and reduce hormones responsible for stress, causing a feeling of relaxation.
For singers, even though music is their work object, many also use it as a method to relax — and this is the case for Vfrom BTS. Having great taste in music, through his playlist on Big Hit Music’s Melon Station, he selected some songs for ARMYs that make him feel “relaxed” and “give a feeling of healing and make him want to dance inside”.
