EXO’s Suho reveals concern about the SM and EXO-CBX case

Suho, leader of EXO, spoke out about the recent dispute between the members of the EXO-CBX unit and SM Entertainment. See what he said!

Last week, the recent legal dispute between SM Entertainment and idols Chen, Baekhyun It is Xiuminmembers of EXO who form the sub-unit EXO-CBX, became one of the most talked about topics on social media and in the international press, after both sides revealed that they were suing each other.

This Monday, 17th, Suholeader of the group, commented on the matter during an interview with the TenAsia portal (via Koreaboo), where he revealed that he found out about the dispute between the company and the members through the reports, in addition to demonstrating that he feels sorry for the fans.

“The other members and I found out about the press conference and their feud through news reports. We were shocked and very disappointed. EXO fans were hurt by something similar last year and therefore I wanted to tell the fans how sorry I was,” Suho stated.

The leader also commented on rumors related to EXO’s new album, confirming that a new winter album was being prepared, however, revealing that he is worried about the possible release of the songs.

“SM Entertainment was planning a winter album and an all-member album once Kai and Sehun returned from military service. I hope this still happens so we can give back to the fans with music. However, I am worried, because I am not the decision maker.”, he concluded.

It is worth remembering that, on June 11, SM Entertainment made a statement to the Newsen portal (via Koreaboo), where they said that, to date, no possible changes in plans related to the album have been discussed. Likewise, INB100, the company responsible for managing EXO-CBX’s career, also guaranteed that the launch should not be affected.

“The June 10 press conference was planned to inform the public about SM Entertainment’s unfair policies regarding how Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin have to pay 10% of their revenue to SM Entertainment, which violated the agreement first.

This has nothing to do with the continuation of EXO’s activities as a whole. Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin promise fans once again that they will faithfully participate in SM Entertainment and EXO’s activities,” stated INB100.
