Fan creates petition to remove Min Hee Jin as CEO of ADOR

The petition against ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin also advocates protecting the rights of groups such as BTS, ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM; understand the case!

Amid the HYBE X ADOR conflict, a petition was created to request that the CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jinleave the position you hold in the company.

Entitled ‘MIN HEE JIN Leave HYBE’ (MIN HEE JIN Leave HYBE Company, in the original), the petition was opened on May 27 on the international petition website Change.org, and currently has 28 thousand signatures. On the website, the creator of the collective petition, which has a target of 35,000 signatures, is identified as “ARMY Forever”, implying that the action was taken by a BTS fan.

Furthermore, the main reason for the petition’s emergence is to protect groups like BTS, ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM from false information and rumors, as well as to ensure that the rights of both formations are exercised. See the translation of the full description of the petition:

Subject: MIN HEE JIN Leave HYBE

Misinformation and harassment

Dear HYBE,

I am writing to draw your attention to a serious matter that is affecting the well-being and morale of several members of the HYBE group. It has recently come to light that certain individuals are spreading misinformation and leading a campaign of harassment against some of their groups, such as BTS, ILLIT, and LE SSERAFIM.

Specifically, MIN HEE JIN pays the media/reporters to spread misinformation about his company and the MHJ group wanted to take down HYBE (BTS, ILLIT, LE SSERAFIM and other groups, obviously) to make the NewJeans contract dissolve and diminish of value. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also harmful, creating a hostile environment for targets.

I believe it is critical that group leadership resolve this issue immediately to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all groups. I urge you to thoroughly investigate these allegations and take appropriate action to prevent further harassment and the spread of misinformation. And we want her to pay for the damage she caused to the company and the artists.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Affected individuals and the group at large would greatly appreciate swift and decisive action.”

It is worth remembering that the conflict between ADOR and the conglomerate to which the agency belongs, HYBE, began on April 22 of this year, when it was revealed that ADOR would undergo an audit after suspicions that it was trying to become independent of the label, thus such as, the revelation that HYBE had requested the resignation of Min Hee Jinof the position she holds in the company, as she was accused of conspiring in favor of withdrawing the management rights of HYBE, which has an 80% stake in ADOR.
