RM, from BTS, surpassed his own record on the Billboard 200 with the release of ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’; see how!
RM, by BTS, achieved its biggest debut on the Billboard 200! The feat was announced on June 2 by the list that classifies the 200 most popular albums in the United States, and achieved with the idol’s new solo album, ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’, which debuted at number 5 on the chart.
Furthermore, the previous album by RM‘Indigo’, currently occupies third position on the chart, making the artist the first K-pop soloist to achieve two different albums in the top five of the Billboard 200, as reported by the Soompi portal.
Before, RMhad achieved the feat of becoming the first Korean soloist in history to enter the top five of the Billboard 200 with ‘Indigo’.
It is worth remembering that ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’ was released on April 24th containing 11 new tracks. They are: ‘Right People, Wrong Place’, ‘Nuts’, ‘Out of Love’, ‘Domodachi (with Little Simz)’, ‘? (Interlude) (with DOMi & JD Beck)’, ‘Groin’, ‘Heaven’, ‘Lost!’, ‘ㅠㅠ (Credit Roll)’ and ‘Come Back to Me’. Remember!
In addition to the album, an MV for the title track “LOST!” was also released on the date, and before that, the video clip “Come Back to Me” was also released on May 10th.
At the moment, RM is fulfilling the mandatory military enlistment for men in South Korea. The idol enlisted alongside his groupmate, V on Dec. 11 at the Korean Army Training Center in Nonsan.
