Two directors and four actresses were awarded by the Cannes Film Festival 2024. When it comes to award-winning male filmmakers, some single out multiple female characters.
Of the 22 feature films in official competition, only four directors were selected in 77.e Cannes Film Festival. Two of them appeared on the list awarded this May 25 by the 2024 jury and its president, Greta Gerwig.
